For Shampoo : 

Completely saturate your hair with warm, not hot, water. Pour a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand. Apply it to your scalp and massage until it lathers. Work the shampoo through your hair. Rinse your hair and scalp completely.

Gently pat hair dry with a towel after showering to remove excess water. Apply a small amount of the leave-in, then brush or comb to detangle. Let hair dry or style as desired.
